Church & Hall Hire<\/h3>\n

The Ascension has well appointed halls which are available for hire for regular activity clubs, children’s parties, small business ventures, societies, meetings, and other events.<\/p>\n

The MAIN CHURCH SPACE is about 10 metres by 10 metres with a separate kitchenette and
\ntoilet. The floor is carpeted and will take groups of up to 60 to 90 people. There are approximately
\n60 stacking chairs (additional chairs may be available from the Hall (see below).
\nThe HALL is about 9 metres by 7 metres. The floor is carpeted and there is a well appointed
\nkitchen, the use of which is by negotiation at the time of booking, and toilet. There are several 6
\nfoot and 4 foot tables and approx. 50 stacking chairs.
\nThe SMALL LOUNGE on the mezzanine level can seat up to 10 people. There is no separate
\naccess, so it is not possible to book this room when both the Main Church Space and Hall are in
\nuse, and there is no disabled access.<\/p>\n

If you wish to go ahead with a booking please complete a Hall Booking Form<\/a>\u00a0for a single event or the Hall Booking Agreement Form for a regular booking.<\/p>\n

The church has a Lettings Policy<\/a> and there are some Terms and Conditions.\u00a0 We also need regular hirers who do not have a safeguarding policy of their own to sign our Safeguarding Declaration<\/a>. Our safeguarding policy can be found on the\u00a0Safeguarding page<\/a><\/p>\n
