Church & Hall Hire
The Ascension has well appointed halls which are available for hire for regular activity clubs, children’s parties, small business ventures, societies, meetings, and other events. The seating capacity in the Malcolm Young Room (with kitchen) is 40. The Small Lounge seats up to 10. The Church currently seats 60 (max capacity 90).

If you wish to go ahead with a booking please complete the Hall Booking Form for a single event or the Hall Booking Agreement Form for a regular booking.
The church has a Lettings Policy and there are some Terms and Conditions. We also need regular hirers who do not have a safeguarding policy of their own to sign our Safeguarding Declaration. Our safeguarding policy can be found on the Safeguarding page
